Large unmodernised third floor mansion flat with warren of small rooms. Albany Martin were asked to design proposals to create a more capacious and relevant space. Instructions were then received to deliver the full design proposed. Complete refurbishment entailed a fully dovetailed scheme that satisfied the client, landlord, neighbours and local authority, in all respects smoothly delivered.
